The structure of "VINTAGE ALOHA SHIRTS" is mainly organized by shirt design patterns, supplemented by thematic features in each issue. The special feature of this third edition highlights the iconic "Hula Girl," an essential symbol in Hawaii's history, and has been used in designs since the early days of aloha shirts. The book details the history of the Hula Girl while showcasing aloha shirts that have incorporated this design. The print designs vary significantly by production era, allowing readers to witness the historical changes in aloha shirts simply by comparing different years.
