Returns & Exchanges

All items are purchased brand new from the original source and shipped as is.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted for overseas orders unless the customer receives an incorrect item due to our fulfillment error.

To request review, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue. Returns will not be accepted without prior email approval.

We Cannot Accept Returns or Exchanges If:

  • The item was received as ordered
  • More than 3 days have passed since delivery
  • The item has been worn, used, or washed
  • The item has odors, stains, or damage after delivery
  • Original accessories, packaging, or boxes are missing
  • The item has been altered or repaired
  • The item was purchased as a sale or discounted product
  • Import duties or taxes are refused
