Based on a scarf from the U.S. Army in the 1970s, this product is crafted in a tube shape measuring 120cm × 20cm, creating an air layer inside that provides moderate warmth. Originally made of wool, Sugar Cane has replaced the material with cotton, dyed in indigo blue at a workshop in Tokushima.

This product comes in four different shades, inspired by the 'kase' dyeing method, which features bundles of yarn dyed in gradient colors from light to dark.

The dye used is Awa Ai, sourced from Tokushima Prefecture. Since the indigo leaves used are organically grown and edible, this scarf can be worn with peace of mind. Additionally, the indigo dye offers unique colors as well as antibacterial and deodorizing properties.

This product is hand-dyed with indigo, so the finish and color may vary from piece to piece. Please be aware that due to the nature of indigo dyeing, it may transfer color to other garments.
