Returns & Exchanges

Returns are not accepted for overseas orders due to customer preferences, including incorrect sizing or personal interpretation of the product.

An exchange or refund will be offered only if the item received is incorrect or has a defect caused by us.

The strap is thick and seems easy to use, but my smartphone cover is a wallet type, so it was hard to put in, and I gave it to my family.
They were very happy with it.
