The main material uses a rare 2mm thick waterproof suede leather made from high-quality raw hide sourced from North America.
Suede leather becomes supple and strong by being chrome-tanned.
Surface treatment is performed by leveling and smoothing the nap using sandpaper due to the sturdy base of the North American raw hide.
The dyeing process considers the thickness of the leather and is done twice; the first dye lightly penetrates to color the core of the leather, and the second dye ensures the entire leather is thoroughly dyed.
Both dyeing processes incorporate waterproofing agents, enhancing the waterproof performance of the material.
The accompanying leather is made from high-quality steer hide sourced from North America, with environmentally friendly vegetable tanning to eliminate the use of harmful chemicals and substances, making it both kind to the environment and to human health.
The interior features a 420-denier bright nylon fabric coated with PVC (polyvinyl chloride), providing excellent waterproofing and durability.
Additionally, the use of waterproof zippers ensures superior water resistance.
The shoulder cord features a custom AS2OV design, with an original AS2OV imprint on the front of the body and AS2OV's unique zipper pulls, resulting in a series that is both functional and stylish.
