The surface is processed with two sandings to smooth and align the texture due to the robust substrate of the North American hides. The dyeing process is conducted in two rounds; the first light dyeing penetrates the leather core, while the second ensures a thorough coloration. Both dyeing rounds incorporate waterproofing agents, enhancing the material's water resistance. The accompanying leather is produced from premium steer hide, using environmentally safe vegetable tanning processes that avoid harmful chemicals. The interior features a fabric made from 420 denier bright nylon yarn, coated with PVC, offering excellent waterproofing and durability. Additionally, the use of water-repellent zippers ensures superior waterproof quality. The shoulder strap features an original AS2OV design, with a name embossed on the front and original zipper pulls, creating a well-rounded series in terms of design and functionality.
