The main material uses a rare 2 mm thick waterproof suede leather made from high-quality raw hides sourced from North America. Suede leather gains flexibility and strength through chrome tanning. The surface is treated using a two-step sanding process to smooth the nap of the strong North American raw hide. The dyeing process considers the thickness of the leather, with two rounds of dyeing: the first is a light dye to color the core of the leather, while the second fully dyes the entire leather. Both dyeing processes incorporate waterproofing agents, resulting in a highly water-repellent material. The accompanying leather is made from high-quality steer leather sourced from North America, using environmentally friendly vegetable tanning methods that eliminate harmful chemicals. The interior uses a fabric made from 420 denier bright nylon thread, coated with PVC (polyvinyl chloride), ensuring exceptional waterproofing and strength. Additionally, waterproof zippers enhance the product's overall water resistance. The shoulder strap features AS2OV's original custom design, with the brand logo embossed on the front of the bag and custom pulls used for functional and aesthetic appeal.
