Material Description
This product is made from a rare 2mm thick waterproof suede leather sourced from premium North American hides. The chrome-tanned suede offers flexibility and strength. The surface is prepared by leveling the nap with sandpaper, ensuring a smooth finish. Dyeing is performed twice, with the first light dyeing penetrating the leather core, and the second dyeing providing a strong overall color. Both dyeing processes include waterproofing agents, enhancing the material's water resistance. The accompanying leather is high-quality steer leather sourced from North America, tanned with environmentally friendly vegetable tannins, eliminating harmful chemicals. The interior features 420 denier bright nylon fabric coated with PVC for superior waterproofing and strength. The use of water-resistant zippers further enhances the waterproof capabilities of the product. The shoulder strap is made from AS2OV’s original custom design, featuring an imprint on the front and custom pull tabs, creating a series rich in both design and functionality.
