This is AS2OV's original leather, crafted with care by tanners in Himeji, Hyogo Prefecture, focusing on the tanning and finishing processes.

To express the silhouette of the pouch and mini shoulder bag flexibly, the leather is softened with a small amount of chrome tanning before finishing with vegetable tanning.

The use of two tanning methods ensures the leather maintains its original texture while achieving a supple feel.

Additionally, a carabiner allows you to attach a compact wallet from the same series, making it functional as a wallet shoulder bag as well.

The pouch and mini shoulder bag feature a one-touch flap design using German hooks for easy opening and closing.

The more you use it, the more the German hook adapts to your fingers, showcasing the charm of this historical component.

History of the German Hook

Originally developed as fasteners to secure the convertible roofs of German vehicles like Mercedes-Benz and Porsche, the German hook has a rich history.

During the time Hitler's regime dominated Germany, design and development of weapons, including tanks, were conducted under his directive by Dr. Porsche, the founder of the current automobile manufacturers Porsche and Volkswagen.
