LASTFRAME FLAT KASANE is a minimalist bag with a flat construction, lightweight stretch-knit material, and an adjustable strap made from recycled leather. It fits a 500 ml bottle and offers ample storage for everyday use.
Minimalist FLAT design
- The flat construction develops a natural three-dimensional shape when filled, adding dimension to its simple form.
- Its size is suited to everyday use and accommodates a 500 ml plastic bottle.
- The adjustable strap is made from recycled leather that reuses genuine leather offcuts.
KASANE series material
- Inspired by kasane no irome, a traditional Japanese color layering practice dating back to the Heian period.
- Made using a specialized knitting machine, of which only a few are available in Japan.
- The material is lightweight with a firm feel, resists vertical stretching, and has ample stretch horizontally.
- Designed to provide more storage capacity and ease of use than its appearance suggests.
About LASTFRAME
Founded in Japan in Fall/Winter 2018, LASTFRAME is a luxury brand focused on Made in Japan craftsmanship. Designer Takahiro Okude draws on cultures from around the world and gives traditional Japanese techniques a contemporary interpretation, with the aim of carrying them into the future through design.
