Featuring a side selvedge button closure, they are crafted with genuine vintage sewing in a factory located in Kojima, Okayama Prefecture.
The extremely thick rigid fabric is dyed in a dark indigo reminiscent of the 60s, allowing for a rich color fade over time with repeated wear and washing.
【About Rigid Products】
After washing, the pants shrink approximately 1.5% in width and length, and about 1.5cm to 2.0cm in the waist, hips, and inseam.
Due to this shrinkage, rigid products are made larger.
Air drying is recommended, and tumble drying is prohibited.
If air-dried, wrinkles will form, making the fabric feel stiff when worn.
For those who are sensitive to stiffness, using a steam iron after air drying can help eliminate wrinkles and reduce stiffness.

Woven using a shuttle loom with the influence of vintage denim from the 60s.
With a low tension weave, the fabric retains its surface texture, mimicking the rough feel of vintage denim.
Continuously wearing the rigid denim creates a unique crunch effect on the fabric surface. Dyed with pure indigo for vibrant color fading and wear patterns.
