Returns & Exchanges
Returns are not accepted for overseas orders due to customer preferences, including incorrect sizing or personal interpretation of the product.
An exchange or refund will be offered only if the item received is incorrect or has a defect caused by us.

This is the first Balmacaan coat that is so light and warm that can be washed at home. I was surprised because the PrimaLoft I purchased at a certain select shop was not very warm.
I use it so much that I hardly wear my M64 or down coats anymore.
I thought it could be used for both everyday wear and formal occasions, and I was right! It's an item I want to keep on hand.
