The outer melton fabric is available in two colors: beige and navy.
Features of Hard Melton Fabric:
- Made from 1/10 yarn spun wool fabric
- Utilizes soft and voluminous Australian merino wool
- Fully covered surface with a dense fleece for improved insulation
- Coated with resin in the finishing process to prevent distortion
- Entirely produced in Japan, including spinning, weaving, and finishing
About PENDLETON: Established in 1863, PENDLETON is a rare wool mill that maintains a made-in-USA standard through in-house production from spinning to finishing in Oregon, USA. Their wool blankets have served not only as everyday items but also as trading goods between pioneers and Native Americans, functioning as currency. These blankets are essential to Native American life and ceremonies, often given as valuable tributes by chiefs to their tribes. PENDLETON’s blankets and shirts, made from carefully selected virgin wool and traditional manufacturing methods, symbolize the brand and are referred to as “the conscience of America.”
