Each shirt is crafted from carefully selected vintage striped shirts that have been sorted, deconstructed, cut into squares, and reconstructed through our signature Artisanal Collection patchwork technique.

The result is a limited series of open-collar shirts featuring a left chest pocket, a wide cropped boxy silhouette, voluminous short sleeves, and hand-numbering. Every piece is one of a kind, preserving traces of the original garments while taking on an entirely new identity.

This is a product made through up-cycling used/vintage fabrics. Because of the nature of used/vintage fabrics, some pieces may show signs of fraying, dirt, scratches, fading, etc. Please be aware of this before you purchase anything, thank you.

These are randomly sewn together to create a large fabric.

The fabric is then cut and sewn to patterns.

All these processes are handled by a single artisan.

Finally, a single artist hand-paints the numbering.

Each item has its unique expression.

This collection adds new value to old items through a lengthy process.

The style is a reimagined open-collar shirt that has become a staple for Sillage in the summer.

Featuring a wide draping with a beautiful silhouette, we suggest pairing it with trousers for balance.

For this collection, we sourced vintage striped shirts from the US, deconstructed them, created the fabric, and then cut it.
