An open shirt made from checked fabric woven in South East India (now Chennai), essential to Ivy style of the 1950s and 1960s. It features unique textures and colors that cannot be achieved domestically, incorporating some kasuri yarn in the warp threads. A TRUE MADRAS label is sewn at the collar, and urea buttons are used in the front.
