Researched the silhouette and features of 1930s denim trousers and redesigned them.
The deep rise, waist, and straight silhouette from the thigh to the hem, assuming it would be suspended with suspenders, retains the ruggedness of the time while fine-tuning the dimensions to allow for greater movement.
Additionally, the restoration features black lacquer buttons and copper rivets that were used in light-ounce denim at that time.
For the fabric, an original denim fabric developed after analyzing the denim fabric of that era is used.
This fabric uses green-cast indigo-dyed warp yarns conceived by Takahashi and off-white weft yarns, adjusting the count while inheriting the color, and increasing the number of yarns to create a rich texture that differs from standard left-hand twill denim with its 1/2 right-hand twill structure.
