The 1930s denim jacket features flap patch pockets, which would have been a sufficient quality improvement during a time of scarce resources.
The stitching that secures the pleats on the front body has also been reinforced, increasing the jacket's completeness as workwear, and the one-pocket design has reached its final form. The black lacquer buttons and copper rivets that were used in light ounce denim at the time enhance the restoration quality.

For the fabric, we analyzed the denim fabric from that era and used an original denim fabric developed through that analysis. This fabric employs the indigo-dyed warp yarn with a green cast developed by Hashi and the off-white weft yarn, adjusting the yarn count while adhering to the color nuances, and increasing the number of yarns per inch to create a rich texture that differs from the standard left-hand twill denim through its 1/2 right-hand twill structure.

The processing is based on a vintage denim jacket from the 1930s, expressing a fade that assumes the usage environment of the time. Considering that light ounce denim and dyes that fade relatively quickly were used, we recreated the distinctive expression where color fades in a linear pattern in areas prone to friction from wear. The clear contrast in color reflects the practicality and era-specific characteristics unique to workwear of that time.
