This jacket is inspired by the work 'Ash Glaze Bowl' by ceramic artist Shoji Kamoda. It features a soft celadon color made from plant ash as the main component of the ash glaze, creating an impressive contrast with the exposed texture of the clay. The unique hue and the patterns of the pot's inner side, which resemble the marks left by the potter's wheel, are reproduced through pigment dyeing. By directly dyeing the fabric in its expanded circular state, subtle variations in pigment application are achieved, resulting in a natural and rich depth of tones.
