Only the highest quality Suvin cotton, which is collected separately during the process of removing short cotton and fluff to create a more uniform yarn, is blended with regular Suvin cotton to create this original denim fabric.The vertical threads7count×the horizontal threads9count are woven with a shuttle loom11.5oz selvedge denim, which features the characteristic unevenness and neps of fallen cotton, providing an excellent smoothness and texture unique to Suvin cotton.
The cut is based on vintage painter pants from the 1960s. The front top features a snap button with an imprint, details like the reinforcement fabric at the pocket bottom and the hammer pocket, and a sewing specification of strong three-needle construction that follows the details of vintage painter pants. Color fading processing is applied based on vintage.
