During the spinning process, only the finest extra-long cotton, collected separately by trimming short fibers and fluff for a more uniform thread, is blended with normal Suvin cotton to create this original denim fabric. The 11.5-ounce selvedge denim, woven with warp 7 and weft 9 yarns on a shuttle loom, features the unique irregularity and slubs of fallen cotton, with the smoothness and texture characteristic of Suvin cotton. The pattern follows the 1947 model known as the completed 5-pocket pants. It has been modified for color fading, damage, and repairs based on vintage styles. The coin pocket opening, side seam selvedge usage, details with hidden rivets, and sewing specifications are all in line with vintage as well. This is a regular straight model.
