During the spinning process, the finest extra-long cotton, which falls off during the process of thinning out short cotton and fluff for a more uniform yarn, is collected separately, and made into an original denim fabric mixed with regular spun cotton.
The 11.5-ounce selvedge denim woven with7number×9number threads on a shuttle loom features a characteristic unevenness from fallen cotton and neps, excelling in smoothness and texture unique to spun cotton.
The model follows the 1947 model called the complete type of5pocket pants. The details, such as the coin pocket opening, selvedge used on the side seam, and hidden rivets, are also similar to vintage specifications. Thisis a regular straight model.
