The weapon fabric derived from the uniform of the United States Military Academy at West Point is woven with 30-count double-twisted cotton yarn. Due to being woven slowly on a shuttle loom, the fabric is fuller, resulting in a soft and glossy material. While inheriting the details of the 1942 model military chino, such as the double needle and metal buttons, and the fine piped pockets, it is arranged in a wide silhouette.
