To create an original denim fabric mixed with regular SVC cotton, we collect only the highest quality Supima cotton that has fallen off during the process of removing short fibers and fluff to achieve a more uniform thread during spinning. The 11.5-ounce selvage denim woven using warp thread #7 and weft thread #9 on a shuttle loom features the unique irregularities and neps of fallen fibers, with an excellent glide and texture characteristic of Supima cotton. Just like vintage denim, it is cut, sewn, and processed in its raw form (the state of fabric right after weaving), resulting in a unique texture and atmosphere with diagonal twists and quirks similar to vintage denim.

The jacket based on the vintage design from the 1940s (commonly known as the 1st model) is equipped with hand warm pockets at the waist and uses the brand's original tack buttons. It incorporates the rare detail of a center back splice (split back), typically found only in larger sizes of vintage garments, into all sizes. The significant variations in shading and the three-dimensional aged appearance express the natural aging process that develops from a rigid state.
