Returns & Exchanges
Returns are not accepted for overseas orders due to customer preferences, including incorrect sizing or personal interpretation of the product.
An exchange or refund will be offered only if the item received is incorrect or has a defect caused by us.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, including your order number and a description of the issue. Approved cases will have return shipping covered by us.
Requests for defective item exchanges must be submitted within 5 days of delivery based on the tracking record. Returns will not be accepted without prior email approval.

I really like the design, and I bought two colors during the sale & coupon timing. I was nervous about purchasing without seeing the actual product, but it was just as I imagined and I'm satisfied!
The fabric is a bit thin even with the lining, but it seems like it would be fine in winter with leggings.
Personally, I found the charcoal gray to be a more beautiful color than black and I liked it!
