The only "hanging knit machine" operating in the world is located in Wakayama, Japan. Utilizing the thickest yarn that can be produced by this machine, we present the "Ultimate Heavy Sweat" theme, featuring an extra-heavy horizontal sweatshirt knit with the yarn counts of 8/10/3 for the outer yarn, middle yarn, and inner yarn respectively. The fabric has an unparalleled weight and thickness, with only a few meters being knitted in a day. A generous amount of fabric is used in the horizontal knitting process, and due to the lack of shoulder seams, the neck area is luxuriously cut out after knitting.
The fabric, made from ultra-thick yarns and knitted without excess tension on the hanging knit machine, results in a voluminous texture. The middle yarn connecting the outer and inner yarns is so thick that it causes a characteristic nep-like yarn accumulation on the surface of the fabric.
Due to the characteristics of the materials and finishing methods used, there may be slight individual variations in dimensions. Additionally, the color of the product may differ slightly from the actual color depending on your device settings and environment. Please be aware of this in advance.
