This is a golf bag series that uses AS2OV's unique "CORDURA Ballistic®", maintaining the traditional military heaviness while achieving a lighter and more sophisticated texture.
1. Original material "CORDURA Ballistic®" with a focus on quality
Using different specifications of 66 nylon yarn for the warp (1000d) and weft (840d), we achieve a balance of strength and lightness.
The warp is made by combining two strands of 500D bright yarn that has been ATY processed to include air, creating a slightly fluffy and soft texture.
The weft consists of two strands of glossy 420D bright yarn, finished with an elegant appearance.
By finishing these with oxford weaving, the material has a light and refined texture, unlike the heavy and shiny appearance of traditional military ballistic nylon.
