Using different specifications of 66 nylon threads for the warp (1000d) and weft (840d), this material achieves both strength and lightweight qualities.
The warp consists of two strands of 500D bright yarn that have been subjected to ATY processing to incorporate air, creating a soft texture with a slight fuzz.
The weft features two strands of glossy 420D bright yarn, resulting in an elegant appearance.
By finishing these with oxford weaving, the material boasts a light and sophisticated feel, distinct from the heavy and strong luster typically associated with traditional military ballistic nylon.
