The main material is an original CORDURA Ballistic® fabric made with 1000D vertical thread and 840D horizontal thread of 66 nylon. The vertical thread is treated with ATY processing (which infuses air into the thread using machinery) to produce a span-like texture and then twisted into two strands. The horizontal thread consists of two twisted strands of 420D bright thread woven in an oxford style, resulting in a highly durable fabric. Additionally, using threads of different specifications for vertical and horizontal ensures a fabric that retains a depth with just the right amount of sheen. The leather used is premium steer leather sourced from North America, tanned using vegetable tannins that exclude harmful chemicals and substances, making it environmentally friendly and safe for human use. Thanks to the factory's unique dyeing and fatliquoring techniques, it retains a soft feel while also having a resilient, firm touch and transparency. The finishing touches are done by skilled craftsmen who apply oil-glazing finish, confirming the overall look while repeatedly buffing it to achieve the best touch for the leather. The front buckle allows for the attachment and detachment of clothing and adds a design accent. The brand name features a brass AS2OV original nameplate that can be enjoyed for its aging characteristics. This series offers an outdoor aesthetic with a sense of heaviness, utilizing original fabrics and hardware.
