The main material is made from original CORDURA Ballistic® fabric, using 1000D for the warp and 840D for the weft, both of which are 66 nylon threads.
The warp threads are made from 500D bright threads, treated with ATY processing (which allows air to be included in the yarn) to create a sponge-like texture, then two twisted yarns are combined. For the weft, two twisted 420D bright threads are woven in an oxford style, resulting in an extremely durable fabric.
Additionally, using threads of different specifications for the warp and weft gives the fabric a rich depth while maintaining a desirable gloss.
The attached leather is made from high-quality steer leather sourced from North America, using environmentally friendly vegetable tanning while eliminating harmful substances and pollutants. This results in a natural leather that is gentle on both the environment and humans.
Thanks to the factory's unique dyeing and greasing techniques, the leather retains a soft feel while also offering elasticity, firmness, and transparency.
The finishing includes an oil glazing process done by hand, confirming the finished state while further buffing with felt to provide the leather with the finest touch.
The front buckle allows for easy attachment and detachment of clothing or other items, adding a design accent. Additionally, the brand name features an original brass AS2OV nameplate that ages beautifully over time.
This series has a sturdy, outdoor feel, enhanced by the use of original fabric and high-quality metal fittings.
