The main material uses original CORDURA Ballistic® fabric made with 1000D nylon yarn for the warp and 840D nylon yarn for the weft.
The warp yarn was processed with ATY (Air Textured Yarn) from 500D bright yarn to create a span-like texture, twisted into pairs, while the weft yarn was woven using pairs of twisted 420D bright yarn, resulting in an exceptionally sturdy fabric.
Additionally, using differently sized yarns in both the warp and weft creates a deep fabric with a nice luster.
For the leather accessories, we use high-quality raw steer leather from North America, eliminating the use of chemicals and harmful substances that can cause environmental pollution, and instead utilizing vegetable tanning to create environmentally friendly and human-safe natural leather.
Thanks to the factory's unique dyeing and fatliquoring processing techniques, the leather maintains a soft feel while having a resilient and firm texture as well as transparency.
The finishing includes hand-crafted oil glazing by artisans, and through a careful inspection of the finishing state along with multiple applications of felt buffing, the leather is finished to have the best touch feel.
