The main material is made from original CORDURA Ballistic® fabric, using 1000D nylon thread for the warp and 840D for the weft.
The warp yarn is processed with ATY (the process of including air in the yarn using machinery) to make it resemble spun yarn after twisting two strands of 500D bright yarn together, while the weft yarn consists of two twisted strands of 420D bright yarn woven in an oxford weave, resulting in a very durable fabric.
Additionally, by using threads of different specifications for the warp and weft, the fabric achieves a deep texture with a pleasant sheen.
For the accompanying leather, we are using high-quality raw Steer leather sourced from North America, excluding the use of chemicals and harmful substances that can cause environmental pollution, and we use vegetable-tanned nubuck leather that is gentle on both the environment and human health.
Thanks to unique dyeing and conditioning techniques from the factory, while maintaining a soft feel, the leather has elasticity, a firm touch, and transparency.
For the finishing, we perform an oil glazing finish by hand, checking the final condition closely and further layering with felt buffing to achieve the best touch for the leather.
