-Material Description-
The body material is made of original CORDURA Ballistic® fabric using 1000D nylon for the warp and 840D nylon for the weft. The warp uses 500D bright threads processed with ATY (a technique that incorporates air into the yarn) to create a spandex-like feel, twisting two yarns together, while the weft is made of 420D bright threads also twisted together in an oxford weave, making it a very durable fabric.
Also, by using threads of different specifications in both the warp and weft, it retains a pleasant sheen and depth.
The attached leather uses high-quality raw hides from steers farmed in North America, processes without the use of harmful chemicals, and is tanned with vegetable tannins, making it environmentally friendly and safe for the human body. The unique dyeing and greasing techniques give it a soft feel while maintaining elasticity, firmness, and transparency.
Finishing involves artisan handwork, applying oil glazing while checking the finish, resulting in an exceptional tactile feel for the leather.
The front buckle allows you to attach and detach items like clothing and towels, adding a design accent. Furthermore, the brand nameplate features an original AS2OV brass plate that you can enjoy the aging process.
