The body material uses original CORDURA Ballistic® fabric made from 1000D nylon yarn for the warp and 840D nylon yarn for the weft.
The warp yarn has undergone an ATY process (which incorporates air into the yarn using machinery) using 500D bright yarn to create a spiked-like texture, twisted into two strands and aligned, while the weft consists of 420D bright yarn twisted into two strands woven in oxford style, resulting in a very durable fabric.
Additionally, using threads of different specifications for both the warp and weft results in a deep fabric that maintains a suitable gloss.
The attached leather uses high-quality raw hides of steer leather from North America, with the elimination of chemicals and harmful substances that can cause environmental pollution, using vegetable tannins for a leather that is gentle on both the environment and human body.
Thanks to the factory's unique dyeing and fattening processing techniques, it retains a soft feel while also having elasticity, a firm touch, and transparency.
The finishing involves an oil glazing process by artisans, confirming the finishing state while applying felt buffing layers to achieve the best touch on the leather.
The front buckle allows for the attachment and detachment of clothing and serves as a design accent.
Additionally, the brand name features an original AS2OV nameplate made of brass material that allows for enjoyment of aging effects.
This series has an outdoor taste with a heavy feel, utilizing original fabric and fittings.
