The warp is processed with 500D bright yarn using ATY processing (a technique that incorporates air into the yarn) to give a span-like effect, twisted into two strands, while the weft uses twisted 420D bright yarn woven in an oxford style, making it a very durable fabric.
Moreover, by using threads of different specifications for the warp and weft, the fabric retains a suitable gloss and depth.
The accessory leather is made from high-quality steer leather from North America, tanned using vegetable tan without harmful chemicals that cause environmental pollution, resulting in a leather that is gentle on both the environment and the human body.
The factory’s unique dyeing and fatliquoring techniques allow the leather to maintain a soft feel while also providing elasticity, firmness, and transparency.
The finishing involves artisan handwork with oil glazing, and through a careful check of the finished state, further felting buffing is applied to achieve the best touch feel for the leather.
