Style RAW INDIGO

This midi-length skirt is made from T.T's signature original denim.

The design features a minimal aesthetic by incorporating a front opening within the side pockets to eliminate extra decoration.

A slit is located at the center back.

Crafted from American-grown organic cotton, this 3/1 left-hand twill, lightweight denim is woven on vintage shuttle looms in Okayama, at a speed 10 to 20 times slower than modern machines, resulting in a fabric that retains the natural texture of cotton yarn and develops a pleasing irregularity over time.

The warp threads are dyed with indigo mixed with sulfide dyes, featuring a weathered-looking green cast color. It is dyed with rope dyeing technique to achieve a core white.

The weft threads use custom nep yarn dyed a yellowed, natural color that evokes the passage of time.

By utilizing these two types of yarn, T.T has created a rich and deep indigo blue.

The finishing touches include a shrink-proof treatment known as sanforized.
