Here at Sillage we’re always looking to perfect things, and that means sometimes we’ll design a piece, look at it a little while later, and realize that maybe the piece could be shorter, or maybe boxier, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that we decided to update the Veste Two Button Jacket we first launched last year.

Our new Blazer Jacket carries the formal, yet sporty look of our Veste Two Button, while also incorporating some of the DNA of our Essential Three Pocket Jacket. It has raglan sleeves, 3 large patch pockets on the front, with beautiful lining all along the back/sleeves. We feel that the lining adds a padded thickness to the jacket, allowing it to give off a more elegant “preppy” look, while the three patch pockets on the front are almost reminiscent of a work jacket. The Blazer also features two beautiful horn buttons on the front below the lapels, with an extra horn button at the very top of the lapels that changes the look of the jacket entirely when buttoned all the way up (a look Yuthanan personally enjoys sporting regularly).

Basically, an Ivy look updated to be a little “cooler”, thanks to the wide/boxy Sillage aesthetic we imbue into all of our designs.

The Essential Collection is a curated selection of items that embody Sillage's identity, compiled into a classic line. This is the new patch pocket blazer.

It is based on the 2BJK design but has added back and sleeve lining for a more elegant finish.

All pockets have been changed to patch pockets, resulting in a jacket with an even more preppy impression. Depending on the choice of pants, the silhouette can be varied for a set-up look.

This series is seasonless and can be worn all year round.

When paired with Sillage denim or Oxford shirts, it creates a wide preppy style.
