Introducing a unique and innovative product combining the identity of Brighton & Hove Albion FC with Japan’s impressive craftsmanship.

Brighton & Hove Albion FC by heri:sync Bag: kaban

Functional design that reinterprets the relationship between a single cloth and obi found in kimono into modern bags.
Made using thick cotton fabric and adopting traditional dyeing techniques called “hand-printing” from the 100-year-old Ito Dye Factory, which infuses color deeply into the fiber for vibrant and nuanced hues.
The design boldly expands the club's iconic stripes, creating a visual connection with nearby supporters when placed on one's lap, fostering a sense of unity in the stadium.
Features a brand tag using traditional craftwork from Fukui Prefecture, “Echizen Orimono,” woven with high density to express detailed text design.

“heri:sync”

Heri:sync defines sports, traditional techniques, and advanced technology as “valuable culture (Heritage),” extracting underlying concepts and designs to create “future culture” with new functions and values through recontextualization (Synchronise).

“Brighton & Hove Albion FC”

A football club based in Brighton, a coastal city in southern England. Together with the city, rooted in a free and creative culture, the club makes its presence felt in the Premier League with an attacking and sophisticated style.

“Seagulls In Japan”

As an official licensed product of the British Premier League’s Brighton & Hove Albion FC, the original spinoff project “Seagulls In Japan (lead company: Traspect Co., Ltd.)” begins to convey new魅力 (charm) from Japan to the world under the concept of “fusion of Japanese and UK culture,” gathering attractive Japanese brands to express the team through their unique interpretations.
