Using both vertical yarn of 330D CORDURA® nylon and horizontal yarn of 1000D CORDURA® nylon with ATY processing, the fabric developed by UNBY.inc features an original CORDURA® nylon fabric.
The combination of thicker horizontal yarn, about three times the width of the vertical yarn, enhances the horizontal ribs, creating a unique grograin appearance.
This original material has excellent waterproof qualities with a water pressure resistance of 8,500mm and breathability of 5,000mm to 7,000g/m2/24hrs, born from the unique yarn combination.
