Using vertically 330D CORDURA® nylon and horizontally 1000D CORDURA® nylon, both processed with ATY treatment, UNBY.inc has developed a CORDURA® nylon fabric.
By making the horizontal thread approximately three times thicker than the vertical thread, the horizontal rib becomes stronger, resulting in an original fabric with the expression of grosgrain weaving.
This material features an original texture created by the unique combination of threads, with excellent waterproof performance of 8,500mm water pressure and breathability of 5,000mm to 7,000g/m2/24hrs.
