Material Description:
The main material uses rare 2mm thick waterproof suede leather made from high-quality North American hides. Suede leather gains flexibility and strength through chrome tanning. The surface treatment is performed by leveling the surface nap with 2 rounds of paper due to the robust base of the North American hide. The dyeing process is done in 2 stages; the first dye lightly colors the leather core, and the second thoroughly dyes the entire leather. Both dyeing stages incorporate a waterproofing agent, resulting in a highly water-resistant fabric. The accompanying leather is made from high-quality North American steer leather, tanned with vegetable tannins to exclude harmful chemicals, making it environmentally friendly and safe for human health. The interior uses fabric made from 420 denier bright nylon yarn in an oxford weave, coated with PVC (polyvinyl chloride), offering outstanding waterproofness and strength. Additionally, the use of water-repellent zippers enhances its waterproof capabilities. The shoulder strap features AS2OV's custom pattern cord, with the AS2OV original imprint on the front side of the bag and a custom AS2OV pull tab, creating a series that excels in both design and functionality.
