-Material Description-
The main material is made from a rare 2mm thick waterproof suede leather sourced from high-quality raw hides from North America.
Suede leather gains flexibility and strength through chrome tanning. The surface processing involves leveling and smoothing the nap using coarse sandpaper due to the robustness of the North American raw hide.
Dyeing is done in two stages considering the thickness of the leather; the first stage lightly dyes the core of the leather, and in the second stage, the leather is thoroughly dyed. Both dyeing stages incorporate waterproof agents, resulting in a material with strong waterproof and water-repellent properties.
The attached leather is made from premium steer leather sourced from North America, tanned with vegetable tannins that eliminate harmful chemicals and pollutants, making it both environmentally friendly and gentle on the human body.
The interior uses a fabric made of 420 denier bright nylon threads woven in an oxford style, coated with PVC (polyvinyl chloride) for excellent waterproofing and strength.
Additionally, the product features a water-resistant ZIP, enhancing its waterproof capabilities. The shoulder strap uses AS2OV's original custom-patterned cord, with the AS2OV original engraving on the front side and AS2OV's original pull tab, ensuring a well-designed and functional series.
