A punk-inspired custom tape belt featuring the character and title logo designed by contemporary artist Mike Kelley, known for the 1992 release artwork of "dirty." The buckle is designed like the trousers belts used by the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, with a USA specification. A serrated plate secures the belt in place reliably.
*SONIC YOUTH Founded in New York in 1980, the name "Sonic Youth" is said to have been inspired by Fred Sonic Smith, the guitarist of the legendary Detroit band MC5, and the common use of “Youth” in reggae artist names. Their chaos-driven noise and experimental, art-oriented music has made a significant contribution to the indie scene through underground activities. Their artistic influences span various fields, with bassist and vocalist Kim Gordon known for majoring in art at the University of California and later becoming the founder (designer) of X-girl. In 1990, they released "Goo" under the major label Geffen Records, paving the way for the golden era of US grunge and alternative rock, achieving great success. The band has been on hiatus since 2011 but continues to be respected by many young bands.
