High-quality materials include 70 denier semi-dull nylon threads with a moderate luster for the warp, and 10 compact cotton threads with suppressed surface fluff in a special 60/40NC grograin fabric. Durable and textured fabric is created by high-density weaving and additional high shrink processing, resulting in a unique, voluminous feel that develops a vintage look over time.
