The main material features an original 60/40NC grosgrain fabric, woven from 70 denier semi-dull nylon thread for the warp and 10-gauge compact cotton thread with a low surface fuzz for the weft, resulting in a unique texture. By applying a high shrink treatment to this densely woven fabric, it becomes extremely dense, detailed, and firm while providing a voluminous feel, developing a distinctive vintage look with use.
The accessory leather is made from high-quality North American steer leather tanned with vegetable tannins, making it kind to the environment and human body.
