PRIMALOFT PrimaLoft Monster Parker / Insulated Coat 25AW

Feb 04, 2026

It's lighter than I expected. It makes a slight shaka shaka sound, but it's quite loose-fitting and feels amazing to wear, warmer than I thought. I'm glad I got it!

I was trying to buy the Primaloft sold at Freak Store, but I purchased this one because it was cheaper. This type did not come with a storage hood. The pockets are surprisingly shallow, but they have zippers, so I feel safe. I like it except when I tighten the waist, the strings pop out of the pockets and slightly change the silhouette. Anyway, it’s really lightweight and warm!

I arrived at this mid-layer coat by searching for windproof, machine washable, lightweight, and non-hooded options.
I originally hoped for a dark brown, but when I saw it in person, it's a wonderful color that's neither too bright nor too dark but has depth.
The only thing that concerns me is that the inner lining of the pockets catches on rough hands and splinters, but other than that, it's the ideal outerwear!

The Daytona brand's other monster parka was so good that I've worn it too much, so this one is also highly rated, and since PrimaLoft has a good reputation, I decided to buy it!
It's light! But thinner than I expected... I feel like the monster parka I bought before was warmer...
Of course, it's not bad, but it didn't impress me as much as I had hoped.

It was much larger than I expected.
I thought it might be a bit difficult when using it as a backpack.

Black is something you see with any brand, so this time I went for brown. It's a reddish brown (not quite burgundy), which seems to enhance my complexion. I'm a spring type, but wearing this material, the color didn't feel out of place at all.
My arms were slightly voluminous, and the collar looks like it could get makeup stains, and the zipper is a bit long, so I'm not used to that, so I’m giving it a star minus 1. Other than that, it looks warm and I liked it!
At 158cm, I fit a size M which is a normal body type, and with the monster parka's characteristic nice big size, I can cinch it down, so the size was within acceptable range!

Monster coat? I was looking for something light and warm to wear in Korea, including offerings from other brands, and I was able to purchase this at a very reasonable price with a sale and coupon.
When it arrived, the box was so light that I thought I might have made a mistake, but when I put it on, it was warm and light, so it was a great success!
The inside of the pockets is made of a material that doesn't feel cold, with a brushed backing? fleece material? and it's excellent! I can create my preferred silhouette at the waist and hem, which is also great!
It seems that this is a brand that is only available online, and it's a shame that its goodness doesn't quite come across on the website.
I was sad that it became free shipping the day after I bought it, but I'm glad I was able to get a good product at a bargain price.
