Designed based on an Italian collar shirt made in America in the 1950s. The body has a slightly loose silhouette, finished at a length that allows for tucking in. The fabric uses a kasuri (絣) style cotton-rayon material. It has a light and soft texture, allowing for a comfortable fit even on hot days with good airflow. AKITASUGI BEIGE and AKITASUGI DARK BLUE use natural dyes extracted from Akita cedar, with wood grain patterns hand-printed. Factories with the technique of hand-printing with natural dyes are rare, and this is the result of multiple experiments. The differences in color are expressed through mordanting, and that dye recipe remains undisclosed. SAKURA is dyed with natural dye derived from cherry tree trunks. To obtain the color, it must be gathered during the cherry blossom season, making this also a special piece. MUD DYED BROWN uses the traditional dyeing technique
