Vertical thread 1000D
The 500D bright thread undergoes ATY processing (airing the thread) for a slightly fuzzy texture, then two threads are twisted together.

Two twisted 420D bright threads are combined in an oxford weave.

Original Material Developed for BALLISTIC SERIES

The 'CORDURA Ballistic®' used in AS2OV's golf series is made from original fabric combining 1000D in the vertical thread and 840D in the horizontal thread, using different specifications of 66 nylon thread.

The vertical threads are made from bright thread of 500D with ATY processing for a slightly fuzzy feel, which are then twisted together in pairs. The horizontal threads are made by combining two twisted bright 420D threads. Finished with an oxford weave, this results in a lighter texture of CORDURA Ballistic® compared to the heaviness and excessive gloss of traditional military-use ballistic nylon.
