Enamel Iron Plate/Khaki

The material used in this product is enamel. It has a unique texture and is often used for traditional Japanese tableware and artworks, but this time it has been made as a teppan (iron plate). Some attractive advantages specific to this material include being resistant to color (odor) transfer. Resistant to rust. Strong against bacteria and clean, among other things.

Due to the glass coating on the surface of the material, it is resistant to color (odor) transfer, and its cleanliness, which is often maintained in medical settings, makes it easy to use even in the rough conditions common in camping.

Rust-resistant. Usable on IH and gas stoves.

Visually, it is perfect for adding a stylish touch to dining scenes as tableware, but in reality, it can be placed directly on a gas stove without issue.
Of course, it is compatible with IH. This broadens its usage.

As mentioned at the beginning, its characteristic of being “rust-resistant” makes it perfect to use as a grill pan, moving it directly from grilling to dining on the table.

Utilizing excellent thermal conductivity

It is also ideal for cooking on wood stoves! Of course, it can be used in the usual way inside. It also accommodates usage on countertops.
*Depending on the model, the surface temperature of the wood stove can rise to 200–300℃. Please be careful of burns while cooking.
