It gained fame after being worn in the 1953 film 'From Here to Eternity', making it one of the most famous pineapple designs in aloha shirt history, known as 'DUKE'S PINEAPPLE'. It was a bestseller of its time, available in various colors. This season, it is offered in three colors, including the highly requested cream and blue.
DUKE KAHANAMOKU SPECIAL EDITION
Duke Kahanamoku, a Hawaiian hero and legendary waterman, was a gold medalist in swimming and the pioneer of surfing as a sport. He started the brand named after him in the 1930s and became an ambassador for Hawaiian culture worldwide. The Sun Surf Special Edition replicates the charm of his valuable vintage aloha shirts, preserving his exquisite sense of style.
