The newly developed boa uses fallen cotton (intermediate carbon fiber) generated in the process of creating carbon fiber necessary for aircraft manufacturing.
By combining the far-infrared effect and flame resistance of carbon with traditional modacrylic, we have created a warmer, high-performance product.
The flame resistance meets the CPAI-84 standard of the United States for tents.

The boa material utilizes Kanekalon Protex, which has self-extinguishing properties, stopping combustion immediately when removed from the heat source.
This flame resistance does not weaken or disappear due to washing, unlike treated flame-resistant fibers.
Moreover, it carbonizes instead of melting when burned, with the carbonized part preventing further combustion and stopping immediately once the heat source is removed.
The texture is light, warm, and elastic, characterized by a soft and supple feel due to its unique fiber shape. It minimizes unpleasant static electricity typically found in polyester materials. Additionally, it has the capability to absorb infrared rays and generate heat, ensuring that once warmed by fire, it retains heat effectively.
